Reset Your Body
With a Massage at Rescue

The dramatic swings in the weather lately can play chaos on our bodies and to our moods.  There is a growing body of social psychological research on the effect weather plays in our lives.  Scientific research on weather changes and how we react are not always positive.  For example, weather swings from warm to cold lead to lethargy and we tend to work out less and neglect our body.  Weather swings to rain lead to less light and our body’s serotonin levels decrease, increasing our body’s desire for carbohydrates and we thus eat more.  Combat the dramatic shifts in our weather – hot to cold, sun to rain and everything in between with a well deserved and restorative massage.  Summer will eventually arrive and we can soak up the benefits of the sunshine.  In the meantime, visit Rescue for a Massage.
