Spring Forward At Rescue:

Massage therapy helps us to transition with the start of Daylight Savings Time.  On Sunday March 12th we “spring forward” one hour.  While one hour may not seem that significant, we can become sleep deprived.  We also naturally increase our activity with the extra hour of daylight.

Our body wakes up from the dormancy of winter and this increased activity can cause our body to run down.  This fatigue can lead to accidents and injuries.
