Beauty & Skincare

What’s your all-time favorite facial treatment?
Nikita: “The Biolift Facial at Rescue Spa, developed by Danuta Mieloch herself. It’s the rare treatment that visibly lifts while also restoring a kind of quiet luminosity to the skin — it feels both technical and deeply intuitive.”
One skincare product you swear by?
Nikita: “Cerabalm. It does it all — repair, nourish, protect — and somehow still feels impossibly light. Though if I’m honest, the Danucera cotton rounds are a close second: impeccably made and utterly addictive.”
What’s the most underrated beauty treatment you’ve tried?
Nikita: “The lash line enhancement by Tatiana Yun at BeautyLexicon. After an eye surgery, my lashes needed time to recover, and her subtle, artful touch gave my eyes definition without ever looking ‘done.’ It’s one of those treatments you don’t realize the power of until you have it.”
What’s a beauty trend you think is overrated?
Nikita: “I phoned my eye doctor, Dr. James Chelnis of Manhattan Face & Eye, to double-check this one: PRP. It’s wonderful in theory, but it’s really a supporting player — not the miracle cure many imagine. Its real magic happens when paired with the right treatments, at the right time.”
Biggest skincare mistake you’ve ever made?
Nikita: “In my teens, I was told to avoid moisturizer because I had oily skin. A decision that taught me — the hard way — that dehydration and oiliness are not the same thing.”
Worst beauty advice you’ve ever received?
Nikita: ”Use more powder. A surefire way to erase any trace of natural radiance — and fast-track yourself to looking tired by noon.”
One beauty rule you always follow?
Nikita: “Consistency over chaos. Skin, like anything worth having, responds best to commitment and care, not constant reinvention.”
Fashion & Style
Your go-to fashion piece that instantly elevates a look?
Nikita: “A beautifully tailored jacket. I’m size 00, so there are select brands that work for me: Sharp shoulders, impeccable lines — it’s the quickest way to look like you belong anywhere from a boardroom to an impromptu art opening.”
One accessory you never leave home without?
Nikita: “A hat. Sometimes a cap, sometimes something a little more structured. It frames the day — the way a good opening line frames a novel.”

A fashion trend you’re obsessed with right now?
Nikita: “White shirts forever, but especially ones with strong collars and a barely-there tuck. It’s very “I just stepped off a private plane in the ‘90s” — something I imagine Mary-Kate Olsen would approve of.
Most regrettable fashion choice from the past?
Nikita: “Wearing heels so high they turned every street into an obstacle course. It taught me that true style has nothing to prove — and that grace begins with being able to walk unbothered.”

Coffee or matcha?
Nikita: “Matcha, always. There’s a quiet ritual to it I find comforting.”
If you could only use one makeup product for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Nikita: “Tinted sunscreen by Colorescience — practical elegance — and Casablanca lipstick by Tom Ford, which never fails to feel like a small act of defiance against the ordinary.”
Who is your ultimate beauty or fashion icon?
Nikita: “Imagine Audrey Hepburn’s style, edited by Edith Wharton’s sensibilities — graceful, self-possessed, but never brittle. That’s the spirit I aspire to.”
If you had to describe your personal style in three words, what would they be?
Nikita: “Classic. Elegant. Uniform.”
