Inhale for 1…2…3…4…exhale for 1…2…3…4…press pause. The weekend isn’t just a break—it’s a reset. Trade the rush for slow, deliberate mornings. A minimalist skincare ritual, a few deep stretches, a moment of stillness. Let your skin breathe, your mind unwind and your energy realign. Because true radiance isn’t just about what you apply—it’s how you restore.
Simplified Skincare
Your skin works hard all week, give it time to recover. A weekend routine pares it back to the essentials, letting your skin reset, recharge, and breathe.
5 steps & 5 products to transform your skin
Your skin deserves a break too. Reset your skin with just 5 steps: melt away impurities with Cerabalm, refine with D22 Tonic, deeply hydrate with Mega Serum, lock in moisture with Cream Supreme and revive tired eyes with Iconic Eye.
silk pillowcases: a game-changer for better skin (and more!)
The simplest skincare switch for clearer, healthier skin (and hair). Unlike cotton, silk reduces friction, helps prevent breakouts, and locks in moisture—keeping hydration where it belongs: in your skin, not your pillow.
move gently, rest deeply
Movement doesn’t always have to be intense; sometimes, the most transformative moments come from moving gently. And rest, true rest, comes from surrendering to deep, rejuvenating quiet. Use this as your reminder to slow down, reconnect, and discover the balance between gentle movement and profound rest.
Breathwork
BOX BREATHING: Inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds. Repeat to calm the nervous system and clear the mind.
ALTERNATE NOSTRIL BREATHING: Using your thumb and ring finger, close your right nostril and inhale through the left. Switch sides, exhaling through the right nostril, then inhaling. Repeat to balance energy and focus.
DEEP BELLY BREATHING: Place one hand on your belly, inhale deeply through your nose, feeling your belly expand. Exhale slowly through your mouth. This soothes stress and boosts oxygen flow.
release tension & promote better sleep with stretching
“Stretching is an effective and often overlooked way to relieve tension, improve circulation, and enhance relaxation, and my favorite increase mood. As a licensed massage therapist, I motivate my clients to stretch regularly to avoid tension build up or restriction. Always aim for twice a day and remember a stretch isn’t a stretch if you do not hold for at-least 60 seconds.
Breathing while stretching is important. Don’t force the stretch. With every relaxed deep breath your body I’ll naturally release. Inhale soft, slowly and not forced for 4 seconds. On the exhale you want to relax your entire body. Repeat as many times as needed at a minimum of 60 seconds.”
